Profile Creation Guidelines & Legal Agreement

By creating a profile on TeQtos, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind yourself to this agreement.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You agree to notify TeQtos immediately of any unauthorized use.
Each individual may maintain only one active profile on TeQtos. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
Your profile must include:
TeQtos reserves the right to verify all credentials, certifications, and background information. Failure to complete verification or providing false information may result in profile suspension or permanent termination.
Your profile must maintain professional standards. Profile photos must be recent, clear, and appropriate. Descriptions must accurately represent your skills and experience without exaggeration or misrepresentation.
TeQtos strictly prohibits the following activities:
Misrepresenting qualifications, credentials, experience, or identity in any way.
Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory conduct toward other users.
Posting content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Engaging in or promoting illegal services, products, or conduct in violation of local or international law.
Posting spam, malware, or attempting to manipulate search rankings or user ratings.
Directing clients or employers to conduct business outside TeQtos to avoid fees or verification.
You retain ownership of all content, portfolios, and work samples you upload. By uploading content to TeQtos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of connecting you with potential employers and clients.
All TeQtos platform materials, including design, functionality, branding, and text, are the exclusive property of TeQtos and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
Account creation is free during the public beta. Premium billing is not enabled, and TeQtos does not currently collect payment information.
Subscription billing is automatic on the renewal date unless canceled. You acknowledge you are responsible for all charges incurred. Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.
TeQtos may charge service fees for job postings, premium features, or transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before payment is processed.
TeQtos is committed to protecting your personal information. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with international data protection regulations. Review our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your information.
Profile information is shared with potential employers and clients based on your privacy settings. You control which information is visible to other users. TeQtos will never sell your data to third parties without explicit consent.
TeQtos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, harassment, intellectual property violations, or any illegal conduct.
If your account is suspended, you will receive notification with the reason. You may appeal the suspension within 30 days by contacting our support team with supporting documentation.
You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a deletion request. Upon termination, your profile will be removed, but archived data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
TeQtos provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific employment, income, or business outcomes. The platform is intended as a connection tool only.
TeQtos is not responsible for disputes, disagreements, or issues arising between users. All agreements between employers/clients and professionals are between the respective parties.
TeQtos's liability is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdictions in which TeQtos operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these governing laws.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, unless either party opts out within 30 days of these terms taking effect.
TeQtos reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
